What Up Pitches reserves the right to use any photograph taken or added through the app.virtualbooth.me platform regarding the WUP It Up Event without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph. What Up Pitches may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by What Up Pitches including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, email, websites, etc. 

Giveaway Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to What Up Pitches whose Instagram handle is @whatuppitches. The "Prize" refers to WUP It Up Sponsor swag / Music Production Suites, Komplete Standard, as well as What Up Pitches merchandise.

•  Each entrant shall enter the competition via Instagram by posting this image and tagging @whatuppitches and following this Instagram profile. Use hashtags #whatuppitches #wupitup and #wupitupla2024.
•  The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered on Instagram, using a random number generator. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
•  Instagram or Facebook are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.
•  Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.
•  In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
•  The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promoter after the winner has been selected.
