What Up Pitches / Music Licensing Agreements

If you are here it's because our team really enjoyed the track/tracks you sent us and we want to welcome you to the WUP fam!
We would love to move forward with the signing process. Here are your options:
Non-Exclusive
Choose this if your song is already signed to another agency.
WUP takes 50% of the sync fee as commission when placing your song/s.
It is legal to sign to other agencies but not recommended. Read FAQ for more info.
Exclusive
There are certain clients/networks who only accept exclusive songs and we only have premium artists under our exclusive umbrella.
Congrats! We certainly don't send this exclusive opportunity to everyone but we'd be ecstatic to have you as one of WUP's exclusive artists and showcase you in our exclusive playlists.
There's also an ongoing issue with music supervisors receiving the same track from different sources and ending up not using it at all since it's not clear who is really pitching the song, so this serves the purpose of making sure that doesn't happen.
WUP takes 35% of the sync fee as commission when placing your song/s.
